VolkerGround Engineering promotes fairness, inclusion and respect, with new rainbow livery
VolkerGround Engineering has recently added a new addition to its piling rig fleet which it has had painted in rainbow colours, in support of the business’ support for fairness, inclusion and respect (FIR).
The rainbow design helps to demonstrate in a very visual way the commitment of the business to ensure that it is one where everyone feels included, valued and free to be their authentic selves; a sustainable business which is enriched by diversity, and is an attractive and comfortable workplace for our employees, stakeholders and everyone interacting with our sites and business.
Aside from its eye-catching design, the new Volvo EC380EL excavator is equipped with the latest EU Stage 5 compliant diesel engine, and features the new Movax MControl system, and range of attachments, bringing with it a range of additional capabilities.
VolkerWessels UK has over 100 FIR Champions across the business, who help encourage positive conversations about the importance of an inclusive culture through a programme of campaigns and training, raising awareness of respect for diversity.
