David Easton
Operations Director
David joined VolkerHighways in 2007, bringing extensive street lighting experience. Throughout his time with VolkerHighways, he has led our lighting team through a period of technical change in the sector, helping to secure our place as a leading street lighting service provider.
With over 30 years’ experience in the street lighting industry, David brings strong operational and technical knowledge as well as HSEQ leadership. David has also been instrumental in the development of our VolkerSmart Technologies business, by building collaborative relationships with key technology providers.
James Bedford
Preconstruction Manager
James has worked for VolkerHighways and VolkerSmart Technologies for over fifteen years. Together, with David Easton, he has supported the sustainable growth of the business in electric vehicle charge points and highways electrical assets. James focuses on the preconstruction phases of projects, providing accurate pricing and ensuring that our proposed solutions will meet our clients’ needs.
Mike Hale
Business Development Manager
Mike has 15 years’ experience within the highways industry. He has built collaborative relationships with a range of clients including contractors, consultants, local authorities and government bodies, enabling him to gain extensive industry knowledge.
He is passionate about customer service and collaborates with our clients to jointly develop strategies for the design, build, connection, and maintenance of electric vehicle charge points
