Join Our Team as an Environmental Manager!
Are you an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for the environment? We are seeking an Environmental Manager to oversee all environmental aspects of our M27 Junction 10 National Highways project in Hampshire. In this role, you will ensure compliance with environmental legislation, corporate policies, and other requirements while actively working to prevent pollution, protect biodiversity, and minimise waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to environmental legislation and company standards.
- Provide support to site teams and the business on environmental and sustainability matters.
- Conduct internal audits (ISO 14001:2004) and assist with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits.
- Deliver training and presentations across all organizational levels.
- Foster strong working relationships both internally and externally.
About you
- Associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
- Affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Waste Management (CIWM).
- Internal Auditor (ISO 14001:2004) with experience in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party audits.
- NEBOSH Specialist Diploma in Environmental Management (DipEM) or an environmental degree.
