We have the capability to deliver major surfacing and public realm infrastructure projects. Our specialist in-house traffic management division provides expert advice and support across the industry, whilst assisting with our own, in-house contracts.
We have a superb opportunity for a Major Projects Manager to join our Traffic Management business.
The Major Projects Manager is responsible for managing large scale/high value/technically complex projects from inception to completion, while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the business.
This role can be based from any of our depots, in the South of England.
About you
Proven experience managing Major Projects
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Financial acumen to manage proposed budgets
- Working knowledge of the NEC (and its relevant options) form of contract
- Proven track record in effective management and delivery of Traffic Management operations.
- Strong co-ordination and experience of Traffic Management activities on high profile networs
- Drive and determination to make a difference.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Traffic Management industry, clients, suppliers, materials and practices.
- NHSS 12 A/B qualified (ideally TMF and TSCO)
- IHE certificate in Temporary Traffic Management (desirable)
- First Aid Training
- SMSTS
