A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join the development team to work on the Southern Renewals Enterprise, based from our office in London.
The project will total 5+5 years of multiple individual schemes across Network Rail’s Southern Route (Kent, Sussex & Wessex).
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the co-ordination, management and reporting of all schemes within CP7 SID from Early Development (PACE 0) to outline design (PACE 3).
This role will form part of the buildings portfolio of work with projects including station buildings, platform construction, upgrades and extensions, canopies, footbridges including all types of M&E works
About you
- Experienced in the delivery of large multidiscipline projects.
- Experienced in the management of design, delivery and requirements management in the rail industry for Network Rail and other rail related projects.
- Ideally degree qualified with an engineering/construction related subject.
