Celebrating our employees is at the heart of what we do, and each year we host the Platinum Awards, our annual awards ceremony held at an iconic London venue to recognise the achievements of our individuals and teams.
Throughout the year, we also reward our teams with monthly and quarterly awards to acknowledge the hard work that happens across our business. These can be awarded not only by our senior management team, but also by fellow team members and peers!
